- Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into thin strips. Toss the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the chicken strips in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat. On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella cheese, and air-fried chicken strips. Roll tightly.
- Lightly spray the assembled wraps with olive oil. Return them to the air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Let the wraps cool slightly before slicing them diagonally. Serve with ranch dressing or your preferred dipping sauce.
