Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut 1½ pounds of chicken into uniform 1-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the chicken and coat each piece.
  4. Mix 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, ½ teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes, then sprinkle over the chicken and toss.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick spray and arrange the chicken in a single layer.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 7 to 11 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
