Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your spaghetti or fettuccine and cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy.
