  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini Peppers Can substitute with jalapeños.
  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Mix with shredded mozzarella for better melting.
For Greasing
  • 1 can Non-Stick Cooking Spray Olive oil can be used.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Crumble feta cheese in a mixing bowl until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
  3. Mix in thawed spinach, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, crushed red pepper, chopped pepperoncini, and 1 cup mozzarella.
  4. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish and top with remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 26 to 30 minutes until edges are bubbling and top is golden.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm with dippers like pita chips or crostini.
