Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken by combining chicken thighs, salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter, minced garlic, and diced onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce and add sugar. Stir well and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in heavy cream, stirring until the sauce is well mixed.
  6. Season with cayenne pepper, garam masala, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  7. Stir in remaining butter, let it melt. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with naan or rice.
