Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Mushroom Chicken
  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper, and dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear the chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms with Italian seasoning for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
