- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread your frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the tater tots and toss gently to coat. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the tater tots are baking, prepare the creamy Alfredo sauce. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the Alfredo sauce with shredded cooked chicken breast. Stir in garlic powder and simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the tater tots are ready, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm chicken Alfredo sauce over the tater tots and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Preheat your broiler to high. Transfer the tater tots and Alfredo mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
