  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Grated.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional.
  • 10 ounces Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions For garnish.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold the cooked sausage into the creamy mixture, then add Rotel, sharp cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
