Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat and add the lean ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until brown and no longer pink.
- Stir in the mild taco seasoning and light brown sugar into the cooked beef, then add cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
- Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Mix in the shredded cheese until melted into the filling.
- Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spoon filling onto each tortilla, roll them tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Lightly spray tops with cooking spray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
