- In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes until tender but chewy. Reserve 1 cup of noodle water, then drain the noodles.
- While the noodles boil, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in 1 cup of shredded Parmesan, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and reserved noodle water. Mix continuously for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat and heat for another 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top if desired before serving.
