  1. Steam broccoli florets in a microwave-safe bowl with water for about 5 minutes or on the stovetop using a steamer basket.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease an 11x7-inch baking pan with olive oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add sliced leeks and shallots, cook for 8-10 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in dry white wine, deglaze the pan and let evaporate for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle in flour and stir for about 1 minute.
