  • 1 package Boursin Cheese can be plant-based or regular
  • 12 ounces Fusilli Pasta or short-grain pasta
  • 1 can Tinned Cherry Tomatoes

  • optional Vegan Parmesan for sprinkling
  • optional Fresh Herbs such as basil or parsley

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and grease an oven-safe dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the Boursin cheese in the center of the greased dish and surround it with uncooked fusilli pasta.
  3. Add the tinned cherry tomatoes over the pasta and fill the empty tin with water, pouring it over the pasta and cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is soft and the pasta absorbs the liquid.
  5. Remove from oven, stir everything together, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, optionally topping with vegan parmesan and fresh herbs.
