- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather your mixing bowl, baking sheet, and optional parchment paper.
- In the mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, and herbs and spices. Mix well.
- Add ground turkey to the breadcrumb mixture and mix thoroughly until combined.
- With wet hands, scoop mixture and roll into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.
- Place rolled balls on a greased or lined baking sheet with space between them.
- Bake the balls in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked to 165°F (74°C).
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm, ideally with cranberry sauce or a yogurt-based dip.
