  • 1 tsp Thyme (dried) Fresh thyme can also be used.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper Black pepper is preferred.
For Binding and Moisture
  • 2 large Eggs Flax eggs can be used for vegan option.
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth Vegetable broth can be used for vegetarian version.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil Helps achieve a golden crust.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather your mixing bowl, baking sheet, and optional parchment paper.
  2. In the mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, and herbs and spices. Mix well.
  3. Add ground turkey to the breadcrumb mixture and mix thoroughly until combined.
  4. With wet hands, scoop mixture and roll into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.
  5. Place rolled balls on a greased or lined baking sheet with space between them.
  6. Bake the balls in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked to 165°F (74°C).
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm, ideally with cranberry sauce or a yogurt-based dip.
