Cranberry Meatballs Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, half of the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce until blended.
- Form the mixture into medium-sized meatballs, about 32 pieces, close together on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and at an internal temperature of 160℉.
- Prepare the sauce by combining cranberry sauce, remaining salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and chili sauce in a skillet. Bring to a boil, then simmer.
- Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and stir gently to coat in the sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve as appetizers or over rice.
