  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions are a great substitute
For the Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 cups Cranberry Sauce Choose homemade or jellied canned
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Use low-sodium or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp Chili Sauce Adjust based on heat preference

Method
 

Cranberry Meatballs Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, half of the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce until blended.
  3. Form the mixture into medium-sized meatballs, about 32 pieces, close together on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and at an internal temperature of 160℉.
  5. Prepare the sauce by combining cranberry sauce, remaining salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and chili sauce in a skillet. Bring to a boil, then simmer.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and stir gently to coat in the sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve as appetizers or over rice.
