Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface, separating it into triangles; lightly stretch each triangle.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and top with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  5. Roll each triangle up from the wide end towards the point, sealing edges and placing rolled crescents point-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and edges crisp, with filling warm and gooey.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a serving dish.
