Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place puff pastry or flatbread on the baking sheet and roll it out if using puff pastry.
  3. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the flatbread and spread evenly.
  4. Thinly slice the pears and layer them over the flatbread.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the crumbled Gorgonzola cheese atop the pears.
  6. Bake the flatbread for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle honey over the hot flatbread.
  8. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and fresh arugula on top, and add cracked black pepper.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
