- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy cottage cheese, ½ cup of marinara sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Stir these ingredients together until smoothly blended.
- Microwave the sauce mixture on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. The mixture should be warm and creamy in texture.
- While the sauce is heating, take your air-fried chicken nuggets and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the sauce is heated, add the chopped chicken nuggets to the bowl and gently stir until evenly coated.
- Return the chicken and sauce mixture to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds. If the cheese isn’t fully melted, give it another 10 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and give it a quick stir. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs and paired with pasta or rice.
