- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, granulated sugar, melted vegan butter, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together until just combined.
- Fill each cavity of the greased donut pan about halfway with the batter.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the donuts spring back when touched and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
