Method
 

Prepare Cinnamon Filling

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add milk, oil, and egg, stirring until just combined.
Prepare Cream Cheese Glaze
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and butter. Microwave for 20-30 seconds, then whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Cook Pancakes
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over low heat. Pour 1/2 cup of batter, pipe cinnamon filling in a spiral on top, and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
  2. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
