  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
  2. Season 1 pound of sliced chicken with smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook in the skillet for 10-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
