- Cook Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning, then sauté in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Prep Bread: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Slice Italian loaf in half and spread garlic-butter mixture on cut sides. Toast in oven for 5-10 minutes.
