Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning, then sauté in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Prep Bread: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Slice Italian loaf in half and spread garlic-butter mixture on cut sides. Toast in oven for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Assemble: Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on toasted bread, layer sautéed chicken on top, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add remaining Alfredo sauce.
