- Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into an 8-inch rope.
- Place the shaped breadstick ropes on the lined baking sheets with space between each.
- Snip two 1-inch cuts at both ends of each dough rope and stretch these cuts to form flared ends.
- Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden and puffy.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes or until melted.
