  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded can use mozzarella or a cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth vegetable broth can be used
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped or chives for a different flavor
Optional Add-ins
  • Vegetables like spinach, bell peppers, or mushrooms

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Incorporate diced potatoes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano; sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in beef broth, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top; cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
