- Line a large, rimmed aluminum sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Coat the seasoned chicken thighs with BBQ sauce, reserving some for later glazing.
- Bake the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Switch to broil for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking to caramelize and crisp up the chicken.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, serve with reserved BBQ sauce, and enjoy!
