Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a large, rimmed aluminum sheet pan with parchment paper.

  4. Coat the seasoned chicken thighs with BBQ sauce, reserving some for later glazing.
  5. Bake the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Switch to broil for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking to caramelize and crisp up the chicken.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, serve with reserved BBQ sauce, and enjoy!
