Chocolate Pretzel Bites
  • 1 cup Light Cocoa Candy Melts or milk chocolate melts
  • 2 cups Pretzels gluten-free option available
  • 1/4 cup Nonpareils for decoration

Method
 

Steps for Strawberry Champagne Filled Candies
  1. Melt the dark cocoa Candy Melts according to package directions, then transfer to a decorating bag.
  2. Prepare the molds by filling with melted dark cocoa Candy Melts to coat the sides and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Make the filling by combining marshmallow fluff, strawberry preserves, and champagne flavor in a bowl.
  4. Fill the hardened chocolate hearts with the filling and cover with remaining melted dark cocoa Candy Melts. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Decorate the candies by drizzling melted dark cocoa Candy Melts on top and sprinkling nonpareils while warm.
Steps for Chocolate Pretzel Bites
  1. Melt the light cocoa Candy Melts and spread on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  2. Assemble pretzels over the melted candy, press gently, and sprinkle with nonpareils. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Melt white Candy Melts and pipe small heart shapes in each pretzel. Secure with heart sprinkles.
  4. Chill pretzel bites for 30-35 minutes, then cut into squares or leave whole.
