- Melt the dark cocoa Candy Melts according to package directions, then transfer to a decorating bag.
- Prepare the molds by filling with melted dark cocoa Candy Melts to coat the sides and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
- Make the filling by combining marshmallow fluff, strawberry preserves, and champagne flavor in a bowl.
- Fill the hardened chocolate hearts with the filling and cover with remaining melted dark cocoa Candy Melts. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
