Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with oil or butter.
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Mash ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl, then mix in granulated sugar, brown sugar, large eggs, neutral oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
- Layer half of the banana batter in the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon swirl mixture, add the remaining batter, then top with the rest of the swirl mix. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Optionally, sprinkle raw sugar or rolled oats on top before baking for added texture.

Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and do not overmix the batter. Store properly for freshness.
