  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3-5 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and immerse in ice bath.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth to the saucepan. Stir and heat until warm. Gradually add Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the blanched green beans with the creamy sauce in a large mixing bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs over the casserole evenly.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
