Preparation Steps
- Prepare Brown Butter: Melt salted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and nutty.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk together cooled brown butter, avocado oil, and granulated sugar in a large bowl; add eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar in another bowl.
- Combine Mixtures: Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Create Swirl: Divide batter, layer in greased loaf pan, and create a gentle swirl with a knife.
