Instructions for Berry Smoothie Blend
  1. Start by placing 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and 1 ripe banana into your blender. Secure the lid tightly to prevent any splashes as you blend.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of almond or coconut milk, adjusting as needed for the desired creaminess. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add sugar to your liking at this stage.
  3. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is silky and uniformly smooth. If it appears too thick, add a splash more milk.
