Instructions for Berry Smoothie Blend
- Start by placing 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and 1 ripe banana into your blender. Secure the lid tightly to prevent any splashes as you blend.
- Pour in 1 cup of almond or coconut milk, adjusting as needed for the desired creaminess. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add sugar to your liking at this stage.
- Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is silky and uniformly smooth. If it appears too thick, add a splash more milk.
- Gently add ¼ cup of tawny port. Blend for just 10-15 seconds to incorporate the port without overpowering the berry flavors.
