- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the room-temperature brie in the center of the baking dish and scatter walnut halves on top.
- Add fresh rosemary sprigs on top of the brie and drizzle honey over the cheese and walnuts.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey.
