Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of your olive oil or melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat your salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then drizzle with remaining olive oil or melted butter. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over the tops.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon has a golden crust.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
