Preparation
- Cut the fresh center cut salmon into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine salmon, olive oil, honey, low sodium soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper, and toss gently to coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix Greek yogurt, Thai-style sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a small bowl until smooth and adjust Sriracha to taste.
- Remove salmon bites from the air fryer and serve over rice or with veggies. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
