Preparation
  1. Cut the fresh center cut salmon into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine salmon, olive oil, honey, low sodium soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper, and toss gently to coat.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the basket and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt, Thai-style sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a small bowl until smooth and adjust Sriracha to taste.
  5. Remove salmon bites from the air fryer and serve over rice or with veggies. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
