  • ½ whole English Cucumber Peeled and sliced.
Garnishing
  • 2 sheets Seaweed Sheets Cut into small pieces.
Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise Regular or vegan as per preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce Adjust spice level to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Low-sodium preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Sesame Oil Can use infused oils.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and roasted sesame oil. Whisk until smooth and creamy, then refrigerate.
  2. In a serving bowl, add cooked sushi rice and press down to create an even layer.
  3. Layer shredded crab meat over the rice, followed by sliced avocado and sliced cucumber.
  4. Cut seaweed sheets into small pieces and sprinkle on top.
  5. Remove sauce from the refrigerator, stir, and drizzle generously over the bowl. Serve immediately.
